St. Pauli: banned from Millerntor and partly exclusion of public in early season 2011/2012 that is the penalty for a fan’s throw of beer
DFB Penalty: The first home match of the season 2011/2012 will not be played at the Millerntor Stadium – the home of FC St. Pauli
The sports court of the German Football Federation (DFB) has condemned the Bundesliga Club FC St. Pauli in oral proceedings under indictment by the DFB Control because of a game interruption in coincidence with the lack of protection of the Assistant Referee to the first championship home game. Sankt Pauli must play its 1st match in 2011/2012 season in a stadium at least 50 kilometers from Hamburg (place lock). This „home game“ shall have not more than 12,500 spectators, plus a ten percent quota for guests (1.250 spectators).
